At Baby Premier, we are proud of our patient care and the work we undertake to make each ultrasound scan appointment as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Our patient satisfaction survey is an important indicator of how well we achieve this service offering to our customers. The above chart shows the percentage of patients responding to the relevant questions with a rating of either good, very good or excellent. The last bar shows the percentage of our patients that say they would recommend Baby Premier to their family and friends.

Clean as a whistle

The last thing you should be worrying about when you are pregnant is whether you develop an infection when you go for your routine ultrasound such as MRSA. At Baby Premier, all our clinics have strict cleanliness measures and clinical procedures to minimise the chance of infection. And remember, hand hygiene is the single most effective measure in infection prevention and control. Not surprisingly, 99% of our patients rate the cleanliness of our clinics and facilities.
